Cannon Lanes 11 a.m.:
Friday: Chicken fried steak
Monday: Barbecue basket
Tuesday: Sub sandwich
Wednesday: Green chili stew or chicken nuggets

Pecos Dining Facility:
Friday: Lunch — Shrimp scampi, beef stew, roast turkey and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Chili mac, barbecue chicken and fried catfish.
Saturday: Brunch — Baked chicken, Swedish meatballs, creole shrimp and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Baked fish, knockwurst and Chinese five-spice chicken.
Sunday: Brunch  — Fried fish, barbecue spareribs and chicken parmesan. Dinner — Broccoli stir fry, oven fried fish and porkchop suey.
Monday: Lunch — Roast pork, pot roast and baked, stuffed fish. Dinner — Spaghetti, strip loin steak, roast turkey and chicken/turkey with gravy.
Tuesday: Lunch — Baked fish and veal parmesan. Dinner — Country chicken, meatloaf and turkey ala king.
Wednesday: Lunch — Beef ball stroganoff, Mexican pork chops and turkey with noodles. Dinner — Lemon chicken and jambalaya.
Thursday: Lunch — Herb baked chicken, beef and noodles, fried catfish and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Roast pork, chicken cordon bleu, veal jaegersnitzel and chicken/turkey with gravy.
