Friday: Chicken fried steak

Monday: BLT sandwich

Tuesday: Sub sandwich

Wednesday: Green chili stew or chicken nuggets

Thursday: Lasagna

 

Pecos Dining Facility:

Friday: Lunch — Barbecue spareribs and southern fried catfish. Dinner — Lemon herbed chicken and sweet and sour pork.

Saturday: Brunch — Herb baked chicken, beef and noodles, tempura fried fish and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Roast pork loin, veal jaegerschnitzel and chicken/turkey with gravy.

Sunday: Brunch — Strip loin steak, barbecue chicken and fried shrimp. Dinner — Lasagna, spaghetti and chicken cacciatore.

Monday: Lunch — Mr. Z’s baked chicken and pepper steak. Dinner — Roast turkey, baked ham and prime rib.

Tuesday: Lunch — Swiss steak, baked chicken, stuffed baked fish and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Boneless roast turkey, tempura fried fish and chicken/turkey with gravy.

Wednesday: Lunch — Steamship round beef, roast turkey, baked ham and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Crispy baked chicken.

Thursday: Lunch — Pork chops, liver with onions and fried fish. Dinner — Mr. Z’s baked chicken and pepper steak.
