Friday: Shrimp chef salad

Monday: Green chili cheeseburger

Tuesday: Spaghetti

Wednesday: Grilled reuben sandwich

Thursday: Fajita philly

 

Cannon Lanes 11 a.m.:

Friday: Chicken fried steak

Monday: BLT sandwich

Tuesday: Sub sandwich

Wednesday: Green chili stew or chicken nuggets

Thursday: Lasagna

 

Pecos Dining Facility:

Friday: Lunch — Jaegerschnitzel, knockwurst and corned beef. Dinner — Swiss steak and fried chicken.

Saturday: Brunch — Pork chops, beef pot pie and fried fish. Dinner — Mr. Z’s baked chicken and pepper steak.

Sunday: Brunch — Strip loin steak, barbecue chicken, fried shrimp and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Chili macaroni and fried catfish.

Monday: Lunch — Savory baked chicken and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Chinese 5-spice chicken.

Tuesday: Lunch — Chicken breast parmesan. Dinner — Turkey nuggets and pork chop suey.

Wednesday: Lunch — Roast pork loin, pot roast and baked stuffed fish. Dinner — Roast turkey and chicken/turkey with gravy..

Thursday: Lunch — Teriyaki chicken, veal parmesan and onion lemon baked fish. Dinner — Country Captain chicken, pot roast and turkey ala king.
