Open Recreation Trip Radio Station Tour — 1 p.m. Youth Center. $3 per person.

Open recreation — Youth Center. Includes game challenge, 4-H gardening, Fit Factor, Teen issues/discussions and Skill Tech.

Final Prize Day — 3 p.m. Cannon Library.

First Friday — Aug. 1. The Landing from 5 to 8 p.m. Event includes dinner, family movie and games for the kids. Members eat for $5 per person and nonmembers pay $10.95 per person. Latino Late Nighter — Aug. 1, 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.  The End Zone. Free to members, nonmembers pay $5. Call 784-4283 for more information.

Outdoor Recreation Rental Special —  Aug. 1-3,  Outdoor Recreation will rent any boat, camper or trailer for a one day rental fee. Renters get a whole weekend rental for the cost of one day. Information: 784-2773.

Cannon Appreciation Day — Aug, 8. Unity Park. This event is open to all base personnel from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  with a free picnic lunch and games from 2 to 4 p.m. This event is hosted by the Clovis Chamber of Commerce and Committee of Fifty. Information: 784-6381.
