Friday: Lunch — Crispy baked chicken. Dinner — Fish almondine and pork chops with gravy.

Saturday: Brunch — Baked fish. Dinner — Barbecue chicken and fried shrimp.

Sunday: Brunch — Swiss steak, baked chicken, stuffed baked fish and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Boneless roast turkey, tempura fried fish and chicken/turkey with gravy..

Monday: Lunch — Onion lemon baked fish, pork schnitzel and beef spaghetti yakisoba. Dinner — Roast loin of pork and barbecue beef cubes.

Tuesday: Lunch — Jaegerschnitzel, knockwurst and corned beef. Dinner — Swiss steak and fried chicken.

Wednesday: Lunch — Pork chops with mushroom gravy, beef pot pie and fried fish. Dinner — Mr. Z’s baked chicken and pepper steak.

Thursday: Lunch — Strip loin steak, barbecue chicken, fried shrimp and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Chili macaroni and southern fried catfish.
