Sunday: Brunch — Shrimp scampi, beef stew, roast turkey and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Chili mac, barbecue chicken and fried catfish.
Monday: Lunch — Savory baked chicken, Swedish meatballs, creole shrimp and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Baked fish, simmered knockwurst and Chinese five-spice chicken.
Tuesday: Lunch — Oven fried fish, barbecue spareribs and chicken breast parmesan. Dinner — Stir fry with broccoli, oven-fried fish and porkchop suey.
Wednesday: Lunch — Roast pork, pot roast and baked stuffed fish. Dinner — Spaghetti, strip loin steak, roast turkey and chicken/turkey with gravy.
Thursday: Lunch — Teriyaki, lemon-baked fish and veal parmesan. Dinner — Country chicken, meatloaf, and turkey ala king.
