Friday: Chicken fried steak

Pecos Dining Facility:

Friday: Lunch — Pork chops and mushroom gravy, liver with onions and fried fish. Dinner — Chicken parmesan.

Saturday: Brunch — Lemon baked fish, pork schnitzel and beef spaghetti yakisoba. Dinner — Roast loin of pork and barbecue beef cubes.

Sunday: Brunch — Jaegerschnitzel, knockwurst and corned beef. Dinner — Swiss steak and fried chicken.

Monday: Lunch — Pork chops, beef pot pie and fried fish. Dinner — Mr. Z’s baked chicken and pepper steak.

Tuesday: Lunch — Strip loin steak, barbecue chicken, fried shrimp and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Chili macaroni, and southern fried catfish.

Wednesday: Lunch — Baked chicken and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Chinese 5-spice chicken.

Thursday: Lunch — Chicken parmesan. Dinner — Turkey nuggets and pork chop suey.
