The Drop Zone 11 a.m.:

Friday: Breaded fish sandwich

Monday: Green chili bacon cheeseburger

Tuesday: Spaghetti

Wednesday: Fajita philly

Thursday: Club sandwich

 

Pecos Dining Facility:

Friday: Lunch — Baked chicken and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Chinese five-spice chicken.

Saturday: Brunch — Chicken breast parmesan. Dinner — Turkey nuggets and pork chop suey.

Sunday: Brunch — Roast pork loin and pot roast. Dinner — Roast turkey and chicken/turkey with gravy.

Monday: Lunch — Teriyaki chicken, veal parmesan and onion lemon baked fish. Dinner — Country chicken, pot roast and turkey ala king.

Tuesday: Lunch — Barbecue spareribs and southern fried catfish. Dinner — Lemon herbed chicken and sweet and sour pork.

Wednesday: Lunch — Herb baked chicken, beef and noodles, tempura fish and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Roast pork loin, veal jaegerschnitzel and chicken/turkey with gravy.

Thursday: Lunch — Strip loin steak, barbecue chicken and fried shrimp. Dinner — Lasagna, spaghetti and chicken cacciatore.
