Friday: Breaded fish sandwich

Monday: Green chili bacon cheeseburger

Tuesday: Spaghetti

Pecos Dining Facility:

Friday: Lunch — Orange glazed chicken and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Baked fish and simmered knockwurst.

Saturday: Brunch — Oven fried fish. Dinner — Turkey nuggets and pork chop suey.

Sunday: Brunch — Roast pork loin, pot roast and baked stuffed fish. Dinner — Spaghetti, roast turkey and chicken/turkey with gravy.

Monday: Lunch — Teriyaki chicken, veal parmesan and Alaska cheddar baked fish. Dinner — Meat loaf and turkey ala king.

Tuesday: Lunch — Beef ball stroganoff, Mexican pork chops and turkey with noodles. Dinner — Lemon-herbed chicken and Jambalaya.

Wednesday: Lunch — Herbed baked chicken, beef and noodles, southern fried catfish and chicken/turkey with gravy. Dinner — Roast pork loin, veal jaegerschnitzel and chicken/turkey with gravy.

Thursday: Lunch — Strip loin steak, barbecue chicken and fried shrimp. Dinner — Mr. Z’s baked chicken, Italian sausage and chicken cacciatore.
